Welcome to The Beeches

Situated in the picturesque village of Ixworth, near Bury St Edmunds, The Beeches Residential Home is a Grade ll listed home that supports a small community of 44 residents. Our priority is in delivering care that maintains the dignity and individuality of each person, providing both physical and mental stimulation aimed specifically at those living with dementia.

Our facilities have been tastefully adapted to provide easy access for those with lower mobility. The home has suitable wheelchair access along with lift access on each floor.

All of the rooms in The Beeches Residential Home have top of the range facilities to make sure residents are comfortable. Each room features TV points, en-suite facilities and comfortable furnishings.

And not only are we home to a welcoming and supportive group of residents, but our community also houses a small collection of pets, allowing residents the chance to enjoy the health benefits that spending time with animals provide. From tropical fish and birds to pygmy goats, there are plenty of creatures for our residents to enjoy.

Visits from family and friends to the care home are also heartily encouraged. Visitors can spend time with residents in our beautiful gardens or in our comfortable lounge area.

While providing high-quality care is at the heart of what we do, it’s the personal and considerate delivery that makes us special.
