The Beeches Residential Home is proud to have a very friendly, professional and experienced team who have worked together for a number of years. Together, they work hard and strive to provide the highest possible level of care for our residents, whilst being on hand to support relatives as and when they need a helping hand or a friendly face.
Bev Shave
Deputy Manager
Bev has worked in health and social care since 2006. She holds a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and has been Deputy Manager of The Beeches since 2016.
Jolene Hawes
Senior Care Assistant
Jolene holds a Diploma Level 2 and has been a Senior Care Assistant at The Beeches since 2017.
Natasha Walpole
Senior Night Carer
Natasha holds a Diploma Level 2 and has been a Senior Night Carer at The Beeches since 2014.
Karen Lonergan
Senior Care Assistant
Karen has a Diploma Level 3 and she has been a Senior Care Assistant at The Beeches since 2017.
Darryl Wood
Senior Care Assistant
Darryl has been with The Beeches since 2013 and has worked her way up the ladder, becoming a senior carer 2025. Darryl has a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
